self-discovery series

Mantras, Movement and the Dynamism of Presence
is part of a series of independent workshops and retreats dedicated to personal and spiritual transformation. Each of these events is offered as a practical exploration into the understanding that our personality is a doorway to the essential nature of our Soul. The workshops will include embodiment practices, wisdom teachings and self-inquiry exercises.

retreat details

The dynamism of Being is an organic, spontaneous flow of Presence. For human beings, what initiates and inspires activity, creativity, and action is an innate intelligent interplay of essential qualities that make themselves felt through the human Soul, as Presence. This movement is free of the constriction of the personality and ego, and is constantly opening to greater illumination and truth.

In this weekend retreat, using movement, mantras and body postures we will open our senses and move through the structures of our personality that obscure and limit the spontaneous expression of our true nature. Then we will move with the inner wisdom of Presence into the integration and embodiment of the essential qualities that bring greater openness, awareness, freedom, truth and aliveness.

This will be a powerful weekend for both seasoned practitioners and those who are new to the Work.
